By submitting the Casting and Participation form and participating in any activities related to Shared XP and the Roll for Drama streams (the “Project”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Voluntary Participation
- Your participation is entirely voluntary.
- You may withdraw at any time, but Shared XP may also remove you from the Project at its sole discretion, with or without notice, and without reimbursement of any kind.
- No Compensation
- You acknowledge that you are a volunteer and will not receive payment, royalties, revenue share, or any other form of compensation now or in the future.
- Participation does not entitle you to any ownership, rights, or claims in the Project, its recordings, or any derivative works.
- Rights to Recordings
- You grant Shared XP the irrevocable, worldwide right to record, reproduce, broadcast, edit, distribute, and otherwise use your voice, likeness, name, character portrayal, and performance as part of the Project in any medium (including livestreams, videos, promotional materials, and future works), in perpetuity.
- You waive any rights of approval, claims for payment, or claims of ownership regarding such use.
- No Guarantees
- Participation or completion of the casting form does not guarantee selection for or appearance in the Project.
- Shared XP may modify, suspend, or terminate the Project at any time.
- Assumption of Risk
- You understand that online participation involves inherent risks (including but not limited to technical failures, exposure of your voice/likeness, or unforeseen issues). You assume all such risks and release Shared XP and its affiliates from liability connected to your participation.
By submitting the Casting and Participation form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
